Return & Refund Policy

At AutoMontra, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a simple and transparent return policy:

🔹 Return Period: You can return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
🔹 Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition – unused, with no signs of installation, and with all tags and packaging included.
🔹 Process: Contact us through the contact form or by email to receive return instructions.
🔹 Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are ALWAYS covered by the customer, as it is an international return we are not able to issue labels. Buyers need to arrange the return to the return address given.
🔹 Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5 business days using the same payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
